Russell Johnson

Russell grew up in Southwest Louisiana and moved to Baton Rouge in 1998. With over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, Russell has truly honed his skills as a master stylist. He has worked on television sets, editorial photo shoots, fashion and runway shows and countless bridal events. He has a keen ability to shape hair and he is known for his precise coloring, effortless styling and calm demeanor.

Russell has worked as a mentor, trainer and manager in all of his previous salons. The most obvious testaments to his talent are his devoted clients and he is skilled at accentuating their best features. He had the vision of opening his own salon and started Artizen Salon in 2010. It has been a rewarding and learning experience and he is extremely grateful for his loyal clientele.
